Vendimia- Grape harvest

"La Vendimia" (Grape Harvesting) is one of my favourite parts of September. All around the world wine enhances any meal . There are more than 10,000 types of grapes grown in different Countries, types of soil, latitude, productions, sun hours, there is even a wine in Germany that requires that the grapes have been frozen whilst growing. Wine can be sweet, dry, old, new, red, white, sparkling and many others ways.

As there are all these varieties of wines these will require a suitable glass to intensify its taste . This is important, as it can change the whole experience. Red and White wines will need the that glass you drink it with opens in the middle but closes slightly at the top; this will let you explore all their aromas. There are lots of  different glasses to choose from. Our advise is to always let it be clear glass, no coloured , that way you can also look properly at its different characteristics, and that is how you embrace "La cultura del vino".
