How to host the best Cheese party
Hosting a Cheese party is always a fun thing to do in the weekends. There are millions of cheeses waiting to be tasted! There are flavours for all. It is important to know your guests to choose a good selection of cheese. If you add wine into your party, think very carefully about which ones you should serve; Believe me, not all wines marry cheese well.

Decision Number 1
Find a good cheese shop near you. If you are going to do it, you better do it well.
Decision Number 2
You must decide beforehand what type of cheese tasting you are going to present; Blue cheese, International Cheese, different Milk cheese, Just soft cheese? Depending on that you will decide the rest.
Decision Number 3
What accompaniment will you serve it with, bread, crackers, fruit, antipasti.

Our advice? Do not cut the cheese into small pieces, let the guests choose what cheese to try and how much of it. You do always want them to feel spoilt. You can guide them in the selection by letting them know the strength of flavours from each cheese, as you should never eat a mild cheese after a strong cheese. To make it entertaining try one cheese at a time so you can discuss it and even you could suggest the wine/drink to go with it. Give the guest a cheese tasting notebook to write their tasting notes. "To us, food is as much about , the moment, the occasion, the location and the company as it is about the taste"
