Plates inspired in Ives Saint Lauren

In Morocco, next to the wonderful Majorelle Gardens, I visited the Ives Saint Lauren Museum.

There, I was able to see in person the iconic Modrian dress from the 60s.

The dress was a reflection of the Mod movement but also Saint Lauren love for art. He was inspired by the artistic movement called Neoplasticism and specifically in the work of Piet Mondrain.

That’s why I have been motivated with great joy to find these dishes inspired by both colour and form.
