The last jump
The ability to enjoy the moment is not impossible or remote. In fact it is, (or should be) our natural state. Denying that enjoyment is like pushing a beach ball under the water, when it is made to float and shine in the sun. But is this what we do? We tend to disconnect from the present and we live obsessed with the future or the past.
These days of vacation take the opportunity to observe the children you have around. If you let them be, they will show you the way to your truth. They will help you recover that feeling that you have forgotten but that has not left you. You will say, "This was me".
Children live in the present, they give you their heart and invite you to dance to the song of the moment! In these last days of Summer , be like a child, gain energy to confront your new challenges.
